LaniShoots was created as a tool to promote natural beauty and diversity within the beauty industry. We believe all shades, ages, genders, and body shapes deserve to be beautifully represented in the fashion industry. With a skin-focused approach, we highlight natural beauty using high-end retouching to produce timeless images for portfolios, business promotions, and even family photo albums.

In an effort to reduce textile waste, we will be styling shoots primarily with thrifted pieces and items pulled from the client’s wardrobe.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Are there any addition fees?

  There are no fees for studio rental (if shooting at Lani’s home studio), late fees, and no fees for going over the allotted shoot time.

  There is an extra charge for additional images and travel to locations outside of the Gilbert area.

• Do I get to pick my photos?

  Of course.

• Can I bring guests or pets?

  Guests are always welcome, pets too as long as they are involved in the shoot and approved beforehand.

I’m a black woman photographer specializing in beauty photography, fashion photography, and professional retouching in Arizona. Through 6 years of work, I have dedicated my career to providing high-quality, beautifully perfected images and a holistic photoshoot experience. Leveraging my background as an artist, I add a unique, creative touch to each project I’m a part of. I enjoy bringing visions to life, and I look forward to creating with you soon!
